Today, we're excited to share a new case study with Kifi, an innovative startup that is creating a new way to search the Internet and store or share information. The service’s unique approach to search is based on users easily tagging and keeping anything found online - articles, videos, pictures, email - allowing these saved items to be easily found on top of favorite search engine results from that point forward. It’s like a higher powered bookmarking system that includes the best elements of search and socia.

Kifi is built from the ground up with the Typesafe Reactive Platform. It uses Scala, Play and Akka to execute as many as 50 new code deployments per day in a highly aggressive continuous deployment environment.
